Acupuncture Thermography (acu-Therm): is the use of infrared thermography (IRT) to visualize and measure temperature changes on the skin’s surface before/after acupuncture treatment. It’s a non-invasive technique that helps assess the physiological effects of acupuncture by detecting variations in skin temperature, which can indicate increased blood flow and metabolic activity in the treated area.
